Pets Welcome

We are very much a pet friendly hotel, which we believe is becoming a rarity. We ourselves have a red setter, Carrie, a three-legged labrador/lurcher cross, Sammy, and two cats called Smokey and Smut. All are rescue animals that have come to spend their remaining years with us. All are much loved by many of our customers and in fact get more thank you letters, postcards and pictures than we humans do!

You are free to walk your dogs on the woodland walks in the hotel's 30-acre grounds, and there are numerous forest walks in the vicinity to keep your dogs entertained.
